Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At My English Kitchen (MEK Private Limited), customer satisfaction is important to us.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

Product received is damaged during transit.

Product received is defective.

Incorrect product delivered.

To initiate a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers should provide purchase receipt, images or video of damage or defect items to validate the claims.

Photos & videos of the damages hould be taken at the time of product receipt and unboxing.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, the way it was shipped to you. 

Once your returned product is received by us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim/refund.         

If approved, then your refund will be processed within three working days, and credited to your credit/debit card or original method of payment within 5 working days.

We do not accept/entertain returns/exchange of products bought wrongly by customers on account of its capacity, color, shape, size, etc. due to the fragility of our products. We have extensively shared the description of each product with individual specifications on our website.

Replacement

Where applicable, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

Products damaged due to misuse.

Normal wear and tear.

Minor variations in color or finish due to photography or manufacturing processes.

If the images or videos are not available showing the damage at the time of receipt or unboxing.

Refunds

Upon verification and approval of the return:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in the customer's account, depending on the bank or payment provider.
